Anadama Bread

Ingredients
- 5 12 to 6 12 c flour
- 2 12 tsp salt
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 2 pkg yeast
- 14 c margarine
- 2 c very hot water
- 12 c molasses
Directions
- Mix 2 12 cups flour salt cornmeal and undissolved yeast add margarine
- Gradually add water and molasses beating 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer
- Add 12 cup flour or enough to make a thick batter
- Beat a high speed for 2 minutes
- Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough
- Turn out and knead until smooth and elastic 8 to 10 minutes
- Place in greased bowl cover and let rise until doubled 1 hour
- Punch down place in greased pans
- Cover and let rise 45 minutes
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
