Anadawa Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c boiling water
  • 2 pkg dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 c molasses
  • 1 c corn meal
  • 1 c warm water
  • 14 lb butter melted
  • 5 to 5 12 c flour

Directions

  1. In a large bowl slowly pour boiling water over corn meal stir
  2. Let cool 1 hour
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water then add to corn meal along with other ingredients
  4. Mix thoroughly cover and let rise until doubled
