Angel Biscuits

Ingredients

• 5 c flour
• 14 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 c Crisco
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 pkg dry yeast
• 2 Tbsp warm water

Directions

1. Mix flour sugar salt and baking powder cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly set aside
2. Dissolve yeast in warm water add soda and buttermilk
3. Stir yeast mixture into dry ingredients and mix well
4. Chill
