Angel Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 30 nut halves walnuts or pecans
Directions
- Soak bread crumbs in condensed milk to which the extract and coloring have been added
- Add nuts
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
- Top each with a nut half bake at 350 for 12 minutes
