Angel Food Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c sifted flour
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 c egg whites 12
- 1 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Sift flour with 34 cup sugar four times
- Beat egg whites cream of tartar salt and vanilla until soft peaks form but still moist
- Add remaining 34 cup sugar to egg whites 2 tablespoons at a time beating after each
- Sift 14 of flour over egg whites and fold in
