Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c sifted flour
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 12 c egg whites 12
• 1 12 tsp cream of tartar
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Sift flour with 34 cup sugar four times
2. Beat egg whites cream of tartar salt and vanilla until soft peaks form but still moist
3. Add remaining 34 cup sugar to egg whites 2 tablespoons at a time beating after each
4. Sift 14 of flour over egg whites and fold in
