Angel Food Cake And Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c cold water
  • 12 lb miniature marshmallows
  • 12 c chopped nuts
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 pt heavy cream whipped
  • 1 c drained crushed pineapple
  • 12 bottle maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and stir in cold water
  2. Chill until almost firm
  3. Stir until fluffy
  4. Blend in cream marshmallows pineapple nuts and cherries
  5. Break 12 an angel food cake into bite size pieces
  6. Arrange in a 9 x 4-inch cake pan
  7. Cover with part of Jell-O
  8. Break up remainder of cake and repeat layers
  9. Chill overnight and cut into squares
