Angel Food Cake Topping
Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c sugar
- 13 c fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp orange rind
Directions
- Cook over hot water in double boiler until thick Cool Fold in 1 cup whipping cream which has been whipped Serve over slices of angel food cake
