Angel Kisses

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 2 c cornflakes
• 1 3 12 oz can flaked coconut 1 13 c
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 2 1 oz sq semi-sweet chocolate
• 2 tsp shortening

Directions

1. Beat egg whites with a dash of salt and vanilla to soft peaks Gradually add sugar beat until stiff
2. Stir in cereal coconut and nuts
3. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
4. Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes
5. Remove cookies immediately
6. If they stick to pan return it to the oven
7. Melt chocolate and shortening together drizzle onto cookies
8. Makes 3 12 dozen
