Angel Pie
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c finely crushed graham crackers 14
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 c whipped cream
Directions
- Beat egg whites and vanilla to soft peaks gradually add sugar
- Beat until stiff peaks form
- Mix crumbs nuts and baking powder fold into beaten egg whites
- Spread evenly in greased and floured 9-inch pie plate
- Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes Cool completely
- Whip the cream or use Cool Whip
- Cut pie Serve topped with cream
- Serves 6
