Angel Puffs

Ingredients

• 12 egg whites
• 2 c sugar
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until very stiff
2. Add sugar gradually Continue beating until very very stiff
3. Add salt and vanilla Drop by large heaping tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet Using back of spoon make indentation to hold whipped cream
4. Bake in 250 slow oven about 1 hour
