Anise Oil Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c butter
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp red sweet wine
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 3 or 4 drops anise oil
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Mix together butter and sugar
2. Add egg wine vanilla and anise oil
3. Sift flour baking powder salt and remaining ingredients and mix together
4. Put in refrigerator overnight Take out and roll out with cookie cutters
5. Grease pan and bake at 350 for 3 minutes
