Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Anisette Sponges by Stella DOro not toast
  • 14 c rum
  • 14 c water
  • 2 pkg vanilla pudding not instant
  • 1 pt heavy cream whipped

Directions

  1. Mix together rum and water
  2. Layer one package of Sponges in a 10-inch spring-form pan
  3. Pour half the water and rum mixture over sponges
  4. Cook pudding according to directions
  5. While hot pour half over sponges
