Ann Mcgill ErckS Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 c broken pecans

Directions

1. Cream
2. sugar
3. butter
4. and eggs until smooth
5. Add sour cream and
6. vanilla
7. Sift
8. flour
9. salt and baking powder and add
10. Pour half this batter into greased and floured tube pan Add half
11. of topping of cinnamon brown sugar and pecans
12. Add remaining batter and remaining topping
13. Bake 1 hour at 350 Let
14. stand until
15. cool

18. handle

20. unmold cake Freezes well
