Antipasto

Ingredients
- 1 qt green beans
- 1 qt carrots
- 1 qt cauliflower
- 1 qt celery
- 1 qt cucumbers
- 1 qt green peppers
- 1 qt green tomatoes
- 1 qt red tomatoes
Directions
- Cut vegetables into bite size pieces
- Place in separate bowls or pans Salt these and let stand for 5 hours
- Vegetables are cooked separately all in the same water until half tender
