Ingredients

  • 1 qt green beans
  • 1 qt carrots
  • 1 qt cauliflower
  • 1 qt celery
  • 1 qt cucumbers
  • 1 qt green peppers
  • 1 qt green tomatoes
  • 1 qt red tomatoes

Directions

  1. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces
  2. Place in separate bowls or pans Salt these and let stand for 5 hours
  3. Vegetables are cooked separately all in the same water until half tender
