Antipasto Salad
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg rotini pasta
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts drained
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- vinegar
- water
- oil
- 8 oz cooked ham
- 4 oz hard Italian salami
- 1 c cubed Provolone cheese
- 1 6 oz can pitted olives
- 1 red pepper
- 45 oz whole mushrooms
Directions
- Cut ham salami and red pepper in thin strips
- Drain artichoke hearts olives and mushrooms
- Prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar water and oil
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently
- Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight
