Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pepper chopped
- 1 can pitted olives
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 c tomatoes diced
- 12 lb Genoa salami
- 12 lb Swiss cheese
- 1 box rigatoni
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
Directions
- Cook macaroni and drain
- Add onion pepper celery tomatoes olives salt and pepper
- Toss
- Cut meat and cheese in strips Add dressing and toss
