Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg rotini pasta
  • 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • vinegar
  • water
  • oil
  • 8 oz cooked ham
  • 4 oz hard Italian salami
  • 1 c cubed Provolone cheese
  • 1 6 oz can pitted olives
  • 1 red pepper
  • 45 oz whole mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cut ham salami and red pepper in thin strips
  2. Drain artichoke hearts olives and mushrooms
  3. Prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar water and oil
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently
  5. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight
