Appetizer Cheese Bake

Ingredients

• 1 large egg lightly beaten
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 18 tsp pepper
• 3 c 12 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 c chopped onion

Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients
2. Stir in cheese and onion
3. Spoon into a 1-quart souffle dish
4. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden
5. Serve immediately with crackers
6. Makes 3 cups
