Apple-Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 12 c salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c chopped peeled and cored apples
- 1 c walnuts or pecans chopped
Directions
- Measure all but last 2 ingredients into large bowl
- Mix on low speed of mixer scraping sides of bowl
- Fold in apples and chopped nuts
- Spread batter in greased floured 13 x 9-inch pan Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean in a 350 oven
- Cool 10 minutes
