Apple-Nut Squares
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 34 c salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 c peeled chopped apples
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 3 c flour
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix well
- Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 325
- for 1 hour remove Spread prepared topping evenly over top of baked cake
- Cool cut into squares
- Makes 36 pieces
