Apple-Orange Marmalade

Ingredients
- 8 oranges
- 5 lb apples cored and chopped fine
- 4 lb sugar
Directions
- Peel oranges remove white membrane boil rinds until tender in water to cover
- Let cool then grind and chop fine
- Divide peeled oranges in sections combine with apples add water to barely cover
- Cook over low heat one-half hour
- Add sugar and orange rind
- Boil until thick
- Pour into sterilized jelly glasses
- When cool seal with paraffin
- Makes 10 or more glasses
