Apple-Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c cooking oil
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 c chopped fresh apples
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon and allspice
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Beat the first 4 ingredients together
- In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients
- Combine the two mixtures and bake for about an hour at 350
