Apple-Pecan Caramel Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c bite-sized pieces
- Granny Smith apples
- 14 c broken pecan pieces toasted
- 12 c Dannon creme caramel light yogurt
- 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 packet sugar substitute optional
- 14 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine apples and pecans in bowl
- Mix yogurt light mayonnaise sugar substitute and cinnamon together and pour mixture over apples
- Toss gently to coat
- Chill until ready to serve
- Serves 6
