Apple Bean Bake

Ingredients

• 1 48 oz prepared Great Northern beans
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 2 large cooking apples cubed about 3 c
• 12 c brown sugar
• 14 c white sugar
• 12 c catsup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp molasses

Directions

1. Cook apples in melted butter until tender
2. Add sugars
3. Cook until sugars melt
4. Add last four ingredients stir together well Combine with beans
5. Mix well
6. Pour all into 2-quart casserole Bake at 400 about 1 hour
7. Serves 6 to 8
