Apple Brownie

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 2 large apples chopped fine
• 12 c pecans optional
• 1 c flour

Directions

1. Cream butter sugar egg and dry ingredients
2. Mix
3. Mixture will be dry
4. Add apples and nuts
5. Spread in 8 x 8-inch pan Bake for 40 minutes at 350
