Apple Butter

Ingredients
- 1 c apple pulp crab apples best or regular
- 12 to 1 c sugar depending on apple tartness
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves per pt apple butter
Directions
- Pulp is the by-product of jelly
- Combine pulp 12 cup sugar and spices in saucepan until sugar is dissolved
- Put 3 cloves in each pint jar
- Add apple butter process for 20 minutes
- Good on ice cream too
- Makes 1 pint
