Apple Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp cloves
- 1 c apple butter
- 12 c raisins
- 2 12 c sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix shortening and sugar until creamy
- Add egg cloves and apple butter
- Sift in flour with baking powder soda and cinnamon Add raisins
- Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet
- Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes
