Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 14 c oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c sifted flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 or 5 Granny Smith apples chopped
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar Stir in oil and remaining ingredients Batter will be stiff Add apples last Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
