Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 34 c sugar
- 12 c oil
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c raisins
- 5 large apples peeled and sliced as for pie
Directions
- Cream sugar and eggs
- Add oil and sifted dry ingredients Blend in sliced apples and raisins
- Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes
