Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 6 apples cut
- 5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 c sifted flour
- 2 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c Crisco oil
- 14 c orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
- Grease tube pan
- Put first 3 ingredients in bowl
- Mix next 4 ingredients well and make hole in center
- Put next 4 ingredients in hole and mix with wooden spoon
- Alternate 13 batter and some apples until blended
- Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 14 hours
