Apple Chip Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 34 c sugar
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 c chopped apples
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Beat together eggs and sugar
2. Add vegetable oil
3. In large bowl mix together flour baking soda salt and cinnamon
4. Slowly mix dry ingredients into egg mixture
5. Blend well
6. Fold in apples and nuts
7. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
