Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1825 oz pkg spice or cake mix
• 1 21 oz can apple pie filling
• 3 eggs
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Blend together cake mix pie filling and eggs in a large mixer bowl
3. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
4. Combine sugar and cinnamon
5. Spread half the batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar
6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
7. Cool
8. Makes 12 servings
