Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c Bisquick
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 c finely chopped apples
• 1 egg
• 23 c water or milk

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease round layer pan 9 x 1 12-inches or square pan 8 x 8 x 2-inches
3. Prepare topping
4. Mix baking mix sugar egg and water
5. Beat vigorously 30 seconds
6. Stir in apples
7. Spread batter in pan Sprinkle with topping Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 20 to 25 minutes Refrigerate any remaining coffee cake
