Apple Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c finely chopped apples
- 1 egg
- 23 c water or milk
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Grease round layer pan 9 x 1 12-inches or square pan 8 x 8 x 2-inches
- Prepare topping
- Mix baking mix sugar egg and water
- Beat vigorously 30 seconds
- Stir in apples
- Spread batter in pan Sprinkle with topping Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 20 to 25 minutes Refrigerate any remaining coffee cake
