Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 23 c sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp plain flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c finely chopped apples
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 12 c flour
- 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 c butter
Directions
- Combine sugar flour and salt
- Add cream egg and vanilla and beat until smooth
- Add apples and pour into unbaked pie shell Combine flour sugar and cinnamon and cut in butter
- Sprinkle this topping on pie
- Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
