Apple Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 12 lb margarine
• 12 tsp salt
• 6 large apples
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Work first four ingredients like a pie crust leave crumbly Put 23 into a 9 x 13-inch pan and press down lightly
2. Slice apples on top
3. If keeping apples very close you will need 7 or 8 to fill pan evenly
4. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a dish add this mixture and cover the entire apple pan
5. Add the remaining pie crust on top to cover
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
7. Check on apple softness different apples take a longer period of time for baking
