Apple Custard

Ingredients

• 2 c milk
• 6 eggs
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 pie shells
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 stick margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c apples cooked and mashed

Directions

1. Scald
2. milk with margarine
3. Beat together eggs sugar cornstarchand vanilla and add to milk and margarine mixture To this add apples
4. Pour into 2 pie shellsBake for 1 hour or until firm at 350
