Apple Custard

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 pie shells
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c apples cooked and mashed
Directions
- Scald
- milk with margarine
- Beat together eggs sugar cornstarchand vanilla and add to milk and margarine mixture To this add apples
- Pour into 2 pie shellsBake for 1 hour or until firm at 350
