Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients

• 1 single crust unbaked pie shell
• 1 egg
• 1 large lump butter
• 1 14 c sugar
• 12 c cream
• 1 heaping tsp flour
• a little salt and cinnamon

Directions

1. Beat all ingredients together Bake in unbaked pie shell like a custard pie until knife comes out clean 450 for 10 minutes reduce heat to 300 and bake 50 minutes or until done
