Apple Dapple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c cooking oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 12 c chopped nuts
• 3 c peeled and chopped raw apples

Directions

1. Sift first 4 ingredients together and add next 3 ingredients Fold in nuts and apples
2. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350
