Apple Dessert Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c diced apples
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c nuts
• 1 c flour

Directions

1. In a bowl combine the apples and sugar let this sit until the sugar is dissolved into the apples
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Bake in 8-inch pan 30 minutes at 400 oven
4. Let cool slightly then put topping on cake
