Apple Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 21 oz apple pie filling
- 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 13 c butter
- 12 c firmly packed brown sugar
Directions
- Spoon fruit filling evenly down the center of each tortilla Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon
- Roll up and place seam side down in a lightly greased pan
- Bring butter sugar brown sugar and water to a boil in a medium saucepan
- Reduce heat and simmer stirring constantly for three minutes
- Pour over enchiladas
- Let stand for 30 minutes
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
