Ingredients

  • 1 21 oz can apple pie filling
  • 12 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 23 c butter or oleo
  • 34 c sugar
  • 34 c packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Mix cinnamon with apple pie filling after mashing pie filling with a potato masher
  2. Spoon pie filling evenly down centers of tortillas
  3. Roll up and place seam down in 13 x 9-inch pan
  4. Bring butter sugar and water to a boil and boil 3 minutes stirring constantly
  5. Pour over enchiladas and let stand for 30 minutes Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
