Apple Hill Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 12 c oil
• 2 eggs
• 4 c apples peeled and diced
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Combine the sugar oil and eggs
2. Add the apples set aside Sift together the flour salt cinnamon nutmeg and baking soda Add the sifted ingredients to the apple mixture
3. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake for 1 hour in preheated oven at 350
4. Serve it hot warm or cold
5. Try it plain frosted with whipped cream ice cream or confectioners sugar
