Apple Hill Cake

Ingredients

• 4 c coarsely chopped apples
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 c oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Mix apples and sugar let stand
2. Mix eggs oil and vanilla Stir in apples and sugar
3. Sift flour soda salt and cinnamon Add to mixture
4. Mix well adding nuts
5. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
6. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour
