Apple Honey Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 14 c oil
• 12 c honey
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 3 c fresh apples
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix flour cinnamon soda and salt together and add slightly beaten eggs
2. Add oil honey and sugar
3. Cream and add to flour mixture
4. Fold in chopped nuts fresh apples and vanilla
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
