Apple Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 12 lb ground beef
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 2 c diced apples
- 1 egg
- 14 c minced onion
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 13 c catsup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 14 hours
- Serves 6 to 8
