Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 c chopped apples
• 3 c sifted flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Mix sugar and oil well
2. Add eggs one at a time add vanilla then chopped apples
3. Sift together flour baking powder soda cinnamon and salt
4. Last add chopped nuts
5. Bake in angel food pan 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350
