Apple Nut Cake 1

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1 14 c oil
• 3 c diced apples
• 3 c flour
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Beat eggs add sugar and beat
2. Add oil half the apples and half of the flour and beat
3. Add vanilla soda salt and cinnamon and beat
4. Add remaining apples flour and nuts
5. Beat well and put in a greased tube pan
6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well done
