Apple Nut Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 34 c sugar
- 13 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 14 tsp baking powder
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c chopped apples
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat the egg until foamy
- Add sugar and beat again
- Sift together the flour salt and baking powder and beat into the egg-sugar mixtureBlend in the apples nuts and vanillaBake in a pie pan at 350 until the top is crisp about 30 minutes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
