Apple Nut Ring

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cans refrigerated buttermilk can biscuits
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 12 stick butter melted
- 2 medium apples
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Separate the biscuits into 20 pieces
- Combine sugar and cinnamon
- Dip biscuits into melted butter then roll in sugar mixture
- Arrange biscuits around the outer edge of a deep dish baker pan using a total of 15 pieces and overlap the other 5 pieces in the center
- Peel core and slice apples into thin pieces place in the biscuit crust
- Mix chopped pecans with the remaining sugar mixture and pour over all
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until done
