Apple Nut Squares

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 34 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 2 c sliced apples

Directions

1. Combine eggs sugar oil and vanilla
2. Sift dry ingredients Then add to egg mixture and mix well
3. Fold in apples and nuts Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a slightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan
