Apple Nut Torte
Ingredients
- 1 34 c sugar
- 1 c Mazola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c unsifted flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 4 medium pie apples sliced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except nuts and apples thoroughly Add nuts and apples and mix lightly Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan Sprinkle with more nuts Bake 1 hour at 350
