Apple Pecan Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c cooking oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 c sliced fresh apples 3 small
• 1 to 2 c pecans
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Beat the sugar oil and eggs until well blended
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 in an aluminum foil lined pan
