Apple Pecan Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c Wesson oil
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 c peeled and chopped apples
• 2 c pecans chopped
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs well beaten

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly
2. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until done
