Apple Pie Cake

Ingredients

• 14 c margarine
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp hot water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 large diced apples

Directions

1. Cream margarine add sugar and egg
2. Combine dry ingredients and add to margarine mixture
3. Stir in water vanilla and chopped apples
4. Spoon into greased pie plate
5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done
