Preheat oven to 425
In a mixing bowl combine Equal Measure flour nutmeg cinnamon and saltAdd dry mixture to apples toss gently to coat fruitFill a pastry lined 9-inch pie plate with apple mixture
Dot with margarine
Cover with top crust that has slits in it
Seal and flute edgeBake 15 minutes at 425 and turn oven down to 350 and bake an additional 30 minutes
