Apple Pie In A Jar

Ingredients

• 7 qt apples peeled and sliced
• 4 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp lemon juice
• 1 c cornstarch
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 10 c water

Directions

1. Peel and slice apples
2. Fill hot jars with apples leaving 1 inch headspace
