Apple Pound Cake With Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 1 12 c vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 3 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 c flaked coconut
• 1 c chopped nuts or black walnuts
• 3 c grated apples

Directions

1. Mix sugar oil and eggs and beat wellAdd dry ingredients and mix well
2. Stir in vanilla apples coconut and nuts
3. Mix well Bake in tube pan or 9 x 15 x 2 pan
